Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Because many of our jackets are handmade to order, some styles may require an additional 5 business days for production before dispatch — this will be noted on the relevant product page.

Shipping Within the UK

•           Standard delivery: 3–5 business days, free over £49

•           Express delivery: 1–2 business days, £39

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK, EU, US, CA , AUS. International delivery typically takes 7 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check order status via Track Your Order link / customer account.

Delays

While we aim to meet the timeframes above, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g. sales, holidays). We'll do our best to keep you informed if there's a significant delay.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, contact us at Support@houseofazzy.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, though we're happy to help redirect a parcel where the courier allows it.
